STUDENT DECLARATION

seeking admission to VYMAK Degree College, Whitefield, Bengaluru, hereby solemnly declare that:

1. I will comply with all current and future rules and regulations of VYMAK Degree College, refraining from unsocial, anti-national and anti-social activities including ragging, eve-teasing and substance abuse, understanding that any breach may lead to severe disciplinary actions including expulsion.

2. I confirm that all information provided in my application and Admission Form is true and accurate and acknowledge that providing false information may lead to disciplinary action or cancellation of my candidature.

3. I understand that all admissions are provisional, subject to university approval and that all fees paid are non-refundable. I agree to pay full tuition fees if I withdraw before course completion and accept that late payments will incur penalties as per the college's policy.

4. I will adhere to the mandatory uniform/dress code, abide by all academic decisions of the institution and participate fully in the Integrated Course - UPSC Civil Services or UPSC Defence Services along side my degree program.

5. I consent to appear for all Class Tests, Unit Tests, Internal & Preparatory Exams conducted by the college.

6. I consent to participate in all UPSC & other Competitive Exams, Internships, Placement Drives, Sports, Co-Curricular and Adventure Camps organized by the college and agree to the use of my photographsin promotional activities

7. I acknowledge that timely fee payments are the responsibility of my parents / guardians and they are responsible for any financial liabilities due to loss or damage caused by me.

8. Any disputes related to my admission will be under the jurisdiction of Bengaluru Courts or the Honourable High Court of Karnataka.

PARENTAL UNDERTAKING

1. I confirm that the information provided in the Admission Form is true and accurate to the best of my knowledge. Should any information be found false, the candidature of my ward may be canceled.
2. I am responsible for the timely payment of all fees, dues and any financial liabilities due to loss or damage caused by my ward.
3. I will ensure the good conduct and behavior of my ward throughout their studies at VYMAK Degree College.
4. I am aware that my ward is required to participate in the Integrated Course, which includes UPSC Civil Services or Defence. Services preparation alongside their regular degree program. This participation extends to all competitive exams, internships
   (Offline or Online) in each semester and placement drives in the final semester.
5. I consent to my ward participating in Sports, Co-Curricular, Adventure Camps and agree to the use of my ward's photographs in any of the college's promotional activities.
6. Any disputes related to the admission will fall under the jurisdiction of Bengaluru courts or the Honourable High Court of Karnataka.
