Throughout his career, C Dharmendra Raju has been actively involved in social activities focused on rural village development. He is currently pursuing a PhD from REVA University. Overview : Mr. Victor Kelman is a senior academician with over 33 years of teaching and research experience in Hindi language and literature. He holds an M.A. and B.Ed. in Hindi and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. His notable publication, “Hindi Anuvad: Siddhant aur Prayog” (2021), is widely used in postgraduate and translation studies. He has served as convener, resource person, and speaker in national and regional seminars and workshops on Hindi literature, translation, and women’s empowerment. His research interests include translation studies, digital Hindi literature, and social consciousness.
