Qualification

M.A in Hindi required. PhD/MPhil/NET in relevant subjects preferred.

Responsibilities 

• Conduct lectures and facilitate discussions on various management subjects.
• Develop and update curriculum in line with industry standards and educational regulations.
• Engage in scholarly research and publish findings in reputed journals.
• Provide academic counselling and mentorship to students pursuing management studies.
• Collaborate with international partner universities and participate in academic exchanges.
• Implement innovative teaching techniques to enhance learning experience.
• Contribute to committee work that furthers the strategic goals of the institution.
• Maintain an active participation in professional development activities.
• Prepare course materials like syllabi, assignments, and handouts to ensure effective teaching.
• The successful candidate will teach a range of undergraduate courses in literature, grammar, prose, poetry, and in their specialized fields.
