Qualification

Ph.D , PG in Computer Science/ Commerce/ Management or experience in relevant field

Ph.D. is mandatory for Associate Professor and above cadres.

Responsibilities 

1: Coordinating with the Professors to handle various departmental duties

2: Offering academic support and advice to students  

3: Preparing lesson plans and assigning project topics

4: Researching and contributing articles in academic journals

5: Attending various educational conferences, seminars, and events

6: Delivering guest lectures and presentations as and when required

7: Teaching students and encouraging interactive classroom sessions

8: Attending faculty meetings and offerings suggestions in the same

9: Communicating with the Department Head to discuss students’ progress and other course requirements

10: Addressing students’ questions and queries

Requirment

1: Master’s degree or Ph.D. in any relevant field

2: 7+ years of experience as an Assistant Professor or as a Professor (as per UGC norms) in a reputed College or University

3: Complete knowledge of the educational rules, regulations, and developments in the Education sector

4: Portfolio of published research articles is desirable

5: Displaying a warm and welcoming personality

6: Excellent academic background

7: Strong communication and interpersonal skills

8: Good time management and organizational skills

Administrator Executive

Responsibilities 

1: Prepare presentation materials and reports

2: Handle schedule, record keeping and reporting

3: Studying the policy of UGC and making rules and regulation related to examination system.

4: Overall management of student registration, internal valuation and examination till

convocation.

5: Verification of Result/Marks cards

6: Carryout revaluation if applied by the student

7: Complete Knowledge in UUCMS (Unified University and College Management System)

Portal Student Data (Enrolling , Exam fees, and Graduation).

8: Experience in University work and Coordinating with university department.

9: Perform administrative duties and report to management

Skills

1: Able to work collaboratively with multiple groups of people, including teachers, students,

parents.

2: Confident in working with large volumes of data.

3: Excellent Organizational Skills.

4: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

5: Possesses a positive attitude.

6: Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Assistant/Associate Professor –

  • Conduct lectures and seminars in respective course.
  • Supervise practical sessions and laboratory work.
  • Mentor and guide students in academic and professional development.
  • Contribute scholarly activities including research and publication.
  • Carry out any other function as assigned by the Principal.
  • To ensure that course should complete on time.
  • To conduct various tests du ring the semester.

Sports Officer –

  • Conduct various sports activities.
  • Motivate and prepare students to participate in different inter college, state and national level sports competition.
  • Carryout any other function as assigned by the principal.

Librarian

  • To work in accordance with the objectives of the College Library.
  • To issue the library cards to the students at the time of admissions and conduct orientation for use of Library facilities
  • To issue library resources to the staff and students.
  • To update Library database as and when the new books are purchased and assign appropriate accession numbers to the books.
  • To monitor discipline in the library premises and maintain the footfall.
  • To monitor the usage of computers of the library.
  • Carry out any other function as assigned by the Principal.
