Qualification
Ph.D , PG in Computer Science/ Commerce/ Management or experience in relevant field
Ph.D. is mandatory for Associate Professor and above cadres.
Responsibilities
1: Coordinating with the Professors to handle various departmental duties
2: Offering academic support and advice to students
3: Preparing lesson plans and assigning project topics
4: Researching and contributing articles in academic journals
5: Attending various educational conferences, seminars, and events
6: Delivering guest lectures and presentations as and when required
7: Teaching students and encouraging interactive classroom sessions
8: Attending faculty meetings and offerings suggestions in the same
9: Communicating with the Department Head to discuss students’ progress and other course requirements
10: Addressing students’ questions and queries
Requirment
1: Master’s degree or Ph.D. in any relevant field
2: 7+ years of experience as an Assistant Professor or as a Professor (as per UGC norms) in a reputed College or University
3: Complete knowledge of the educational rules, regulations, and developments in the Education sector
4: Portfolio of published research articles is desirable
5: Displaying a warm and welcoming personality
6: Excellent academic background
7: Strong communication and interpersonal skills
8: Good time management and organizational skills
